I often place Anubis at the seaside. I love just staring at the waves and so does he, I guess. I’ve painted this short series with aquarelle, the technique that is not my forte. I wanted to paint the water in more subtle, lighter way. I paint with acrylics mostly because they allow for a lot of mistakes and corrections. Aquarelle is different. It requires steady hand and quick decisions. It looks simple, but I really admire those who master this technique and use it perfectly on daily basis, like my fellow artist and friend Berenika Kołomycka.

Those artworks are avaliable as rewards in the Kickstarter campaign for the new artbook.

There are 4 of artworks in this series – same mood, each of them a bit different. Each artwork is a size 29,7 x 21 cm (A4, landscape).
